The challenge

Gold Lens needed more than a portfolio: clients had to book sessions, sign agreements, pay, and receive their photos without a pile of emails and separate tools.

What we built

A portfolio and services website with an online booking page, plus a secure client portal where clients sign in, e-sign agreements, pay through Stripe, and view their photo galleries. Behind it is an admin area for managing the studio.

Weddings in the Methow

The challenge

Couples planning a destination wedding in a remote valley need guidance on venues, seasons, vendors, lodging and travel, and the planning team needed one place to capture and manage every inquiry.

What we built

A content-rich planning website covering venues, catering, vendors and lodging, seasons, travel and FAQs, with wedding, bachelor/bachelorette and travel inquiry forms. Inquiries flow into an admin CRM, and a separate partner portal serves vendors and partners.

Ledgehaven

The challenge

Ledgehaven set out to offer full small-business bookkeeping for less than mainstream tools. That meant subscription billing, a client portal, a partner program that pays accounting firms, and back-office tools to run it all.

What we built

A SaaS bookkeeping platform with Stripe subscriptions and free trials, a secure client portal, a partner portal for accounting firms, Stripe Connect onboarding and payouts for partners, and an admin CRM.
